World of Warcraft Housing Decor Vendors: 13 Places To Shop For Great Decor (From Orgrimmar And Stormwind)

AJ HansonCtrl Issues1 month ago827 Views

World of Warcraft housing decor vendors are everywhere and nowhere at the same time. Midnight turned the whole game into a scavenger hunt, but if you’re just trying to figure out where to spend your gold, it feels like solving a crime.
The goal is to turn World of Warcraft housing decor vendors from a confusing checklist into a simple loop you can actually remember. We showcase:

  1. The most important housing decor vendors, what they sell, and any special requirements.
  2. How to reach each vendor from Orgrimmar and Stormwind, including coordinates you can plug straight into /way.

It’s not literally every single merchant in existence (there are hundreds already), but it’s a clean, usable “shopping circuit” that will cover most players for a long time. If you’re looking for dungeon and raid guides, check out our Alliance and Horde variants that travel from their respective capital cities.

World of Warcraft housing decor vendors

A quick look at some of the World of Warcraft housing decor vendors scattered across Azeroth.

How This World of Warcraft Housing Decor Vendors Guide Works

For each vendor you’ll see:

  • Location and coordinates in the familiar /way format.
  • What kind of decor they focus on.
  • Any currencies, reputation, or achievements you should expect.
  • Routes from Orgrimmar (Horde) and Stormwind (Alliance).

If you get fully obsessed and want literally everything, you can always dive into the big community housing spreadsheets later. This is meant to be the “I just want to buy cool stuff tonight” version.

Location: Suramar City, near the canal by the Concourse of Destiny, roughly /way 49.6 62.8

Requirements: Storm’s Wake reputation and progress through several Stormsong questlines.

From Stormwind: Take the Boralus portal in the Mage Tower. From Boralus, fly to Brennadam in Stormsong Valley, then ride to /way 59.5 69.6.

From Orgrimmar: On a Horde character, take the portal to Zandalar and progress the Battle for Azeroth story until you can enter Stormsong Valley and Brennadam. Once you have the flight point, reach Caspian at the same coordinates. Since most housing decor is account-wide, you can do the grind on whichever faction has better rep.

TL;DR (For The Skippers)

    • If you just want trophies and flags, hit the capital PvP vendors: Joruh in Orgrimmar (Valley of Strength, /way 38.8 71.9) and Riica in Stormwind (Old Town, /way 77.8 65.6).
    • Check Lonalo in The Drag (/way 58.6 50.4) and Solelo in the Mage Quarter (/way 49.3 80.1) every day for rotating book decor that also gives house XP.
    • For “fancy elf museum” energy, go to Maku in Harandar’s Den, and the Silvermoon trio: Dennia Silvertongue, Corlen Hordralin, and Hesta Forlath in Murder Row and the Bazaar.
    • For rugged / tribal / dwarven looks, you want Torv Dubstomp in Thunder Totem, Dedric Sleetshaper in Ironforge, Jocenna in Suramar, and Chert & Gabbun in The Ringing Deeps.
    • For modern expansion flavor, farm renown and story in Dragonflight and The War Within, then shop with Silvrath in Valdrakken and the decor vendors in Khaz Algar hubs.
    • If you want to go full completionist later, use community housing hubs and spreadsheets for exact item lists—but this vendor circuit alone will keep most homes busy for a long time.
    • This loop of World of Warcraft housing decor vendors gives you a reliable route for new pieces every week without needing to live in Wowhead tabs.

Why World Of Warcraft Housing Decor Vendors Feel So Messy

Blizzard did the usual Blizzard thing: they built a cool system, spread the information across patch notes, blog posts, reputation quartermasters, and random quest hubs, and trusted the community to stitch it together.

That’s why it feels like you need a second monitor full of tabs just to buy a chair. Most of the good stuff is locked behind old reputations, campaign beats you did years ago, or vendors buried in side rooms of cities you haven’t visited since Cataclysm.

Once you know the patterns, it calms down. Capital PvP vendors, traveling bookshops, legacy decor specialists, and the big expansion hubs in Suramar, the Dragon Isles, and Khaz Algar cover most of the heavy lifting. Build a weekly loop around those, and your housing plot will go from “starter shack” to “Azerothian Pinterest board” without needing a conspiracy wall of sticky notes.
